Recipe of pie crust large enough to make a double crust pie or Phil o dough to make the same 4 ounces of Guava paste cut into strips 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch thick- 1 egg beaten lightly with 1 teaspoon of milk or water 1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2- roll out crust to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface 3- cut into 2 to 2/1/2 inch rounds with glass dipped into flour or a cookie cutter 4- Place one strip of Guava past onto rounds just below the center of the dough 5- moisten the edge of each round with the egg mixture 6- fold over and press together with tines of a fork to seal 6- place on baking sheet and vent the tops by poking with the tines of the fork 7- cook till golden brown and flaky

  • Pastry dough.
