Obe Calalu for Shango.

Boil smoked meat and till tender add okra cook till the okra is tender take cornmeal and add to water to make a paste add cornmeal paste to okra and meat add spinach and Calabasas allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes and they serve to Shango .

Necessary products:

  • 1- cup of Spinach.
  • 1- cup of Okras.
  • 1- piece of calabasa diced.
  • 1/2 cup of smoked beef.
  • 1/2 cup  of cornmeal.
