Fish for Oshun.

Preparation:

Clean the fish, take 1/4 cup of oil and saute the sliced onion, garlic and pepper. Now, if you are going to use tomato sauce, now's the time and let it simmer for 10 to 15 min. Take another frying pan and heat it using 1/2 cup of oil. After heating it up, place the fish in it and cook it until its light to medium brown. Now the fish is placed with the rest of the ingredients and served.

Necessary products:

  • Fish of your preference.
  • 8 ounce can of Tomato sauce (unless you're using oil to fry the fish and vegetables).
  •  Sliced Onion.
  • Sliced Green Pepper.
  •  3/4 cup of peanut oil (you can use corn oil or Olive Oil if you wish).
  •  Sliced Garlic.
  • Salt and Pepper.
